You agree to pay all charges for services rendered in accordance with our pricing structure and within the payment terms specified. Failure to pay may result in additional charges and legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

4. Liability and Warranties

4.1 Service Disclaimers

While we use professional methods and take reasonable care:

• We cannot guarantee specific cleaning results due to variations in materials, age, and prior treatments
• Some stains, marks, or damage may be permanent and beyond our ability to remove or repair
• Cleaning processes may reveal pre-existing damage that was previously hidden
• Results may vary based on environmental factors, material condition, and proper maintenance

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for damage resulting from failure to disclose relevant information
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence

4.3 Insurance Coverage

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion to be considered. We reserve the right to inspect and assess any claimed damage before accepting liability.

• Your lack of authority to authorize work on the property

6. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
